A Call to Promote Good Governance in Kenya


Organisational strategies are as good as their implementation. Developing the best strategies requires a team-based approach in order to reflect the breadth and depth of the organisation’s core mandate but it is in the implementation that strategies come alive and deliver on anticipated goals and objectives. In this programme we take participants through the journey of strategy development and implementation as well as stakeholder engagement to enable them create and execute next-level strategies for their organisations.

At the end of the programme, the participants should be able to:

  2. Distinguish between the roles of the Board and Management in strategy development and execution
  3. Explore the role of the Chief Executive Officer as chief strategist
  4. Ability to provide effective strategic leadership

  6. Experience strategy planning in action
  7. Get a grasp of strategic planning in a VUCA world
