Debbie Hollis is an Independent Contractor and an Associate of The Leadership Group and Deloitte. Prior to moving into an Associate role in January 2021, Debbie held the position of Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting Nairobi, Kenya, seconded from Deloitte Southern Africa practice since 2014.
Debbie’s role was focused on leading the East Africa Talent, Culture Transformation and Strategic Change practice areas within Deloitte’s Human Capital service area and she has over 18 years’ professional consultancy experience, working for clients in the NGO, Public and Private Sectors in markets across multiple geographies in Africa.
Since joining Deloitte in April 2002, Debbie worked on projects involving strategic change management, culture transformation, talent management and leadership development. In her current role, Debbie is focused on providing organizations with DDI (Development Dimensions International) talent management solutions support, as a DDI Master Trainer, and on providing strategic change and culture transformation support to clients.
She has led engagements in Culture Transformation and Organizational Change for clients in the Financial Services, Consumer Business, Energy and Public sectors in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Sudan, Mauritius and Egypt.
