He is a former Director, Public Affairs and Communications for KCB Group where he oversaw corporate image management, market visibility and stakeholder engagement during KCB’s turnaround, regional expansion and rebranding periods.
Kepha spearheaded KCB’s corporate image resurgence post-2003 and established the bank’s corporate social responsibility and sustainability programmes (KCB Foundation) that play a vibrant role in social and organisational change today.
Kepha provides external support as the regional communication expert for SUNREF, a green finance label of the Agence Francaise de Developpement (AFD) and has also provided consultancy services for Mumias Sugar Company, Kenya Airways, Uchumi Supermarkets, Siaya County Government and Jamii Bora Bank.
Kepha holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Moi University, a BSC in Information Sciences from Moi University and Diploma in Strategic International Public Relations from the Management School, London.
